Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us via email.

Payment Terms

• • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• • Full payment is typically due 30 days before departure
• • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods
• • All prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and paid

Currency and Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on travel dates, availability, and other factors.

Cancellation by Customer

• • More than 60 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• • 31-60 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• • 15-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation by Jagyatri

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks.

Limitation of Liability

Jagyatri Custom Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
